That's what I did with my Jeep after Moab. Boy was it filthy inside, desert sand gets everywhere. Of course, I had the drain plugs in the floor pulled.

Every other year my son and I take the Jeep out west, always include a few days in Moab and Ouray Colorado. Started in 2006. If ya don't have a Jeep to take, rent one. There are plenty to choose from.
