The laser just isn't on target yet (bad muzzle discipline, I know), but clearly it's aiming for the Evil-Tango-in-Training (note the large, flimsy, green, tango-shaped object in the upper left corner of the photo). No worries. The dude is just fine. The ETiT is in need of a LOT of bandaids, though, I'll bet.
