    It would be nice if they would scroll what was hitting what.

    That would make it informative as well as satisfying.

    Why is it every time I contact my reps I have to fill in the title field and it only gives me standard choices.

    I do not really care about the choices. It bothers me that I have to fill in the field.

    I'm guessing it's probably to help them know which form letter to send you. I mean. It's not like they read all of your letter. Probably someone skims the content to decide pro or con, then it's tallied and an automatic canned letter is sent out. But, the important part probably is registering the opinion on the issue for pro or con. So still important to write letters. But waxing philosophical is probably unnecessary.

    You could probably complete the form, and start the first sentence with I oppose x, then fill in the rest of your text of your letter with Lorem Ipsum. And it wouldn't matter.
