    In South Bend, the ones on South Michigan and South Main just flash the same number constantly. I could be going 30, 45, 55, doesn't matter. One always displays "35" the other says "49."

    They were broken the minute they put them up. A lot of them ended up just getting turned off.

    Well, since their info isn't being used in court, I imagine their maintenance is LOW on the priority list.

    Whoever is inside the van is probably just calmly explaining their rights as a sovereign citizen and requesting a supervisor. Nothing to see, here.

    Had he taped a ziploc with his driver's license, a copy of some Indiana code and a note saying "your flag has fringe" on his window, this whole thing could have been avoided.
