I don't think I'm smart enough to get this one... Is that supposed to be a literal Rosetta Stone, or a cut up credit card, or a hieroglyph?

I think it's one of the plastic do-hickeys that holds little pieces to a model airplane like the Lockheed Lightning but those exhaust muffler looking things are throwing me off.

Weird that I know that but I do have 3 cats.

It also looks a bit like a template I've seen where you can trace the inside of the cut outs to make very neat logic circuit diagrams
