I would wonder if this was the leading edge of the participation trophy generation, but there were a lot of people who should know how to handle not getting their way better than that included in the video...I guess I never really paid attention to it in the past, but has this level of histrionics been a thing before that anyone is aware of?

It's not just that they didn't get their way. They were sold the bill of goods that Trump would replace Congress with the KKK and women would be kept chained up in "breeding colonies", and they bought it. They are mourning for what they thought was the coming of the apocalypse.

We should worry about this generation's gullibility and how easily they internalize outrageous claims (NOT exclusive to the left) more than their innate selfishness.
