    This appears to be easement fail. One way or the other.

    Figuring the telephone pole at 12", it scales 12' to the brick and that puts the over hang on the edge of the easement.

    If the pole is dead center on the easement, it puts the brick a foot over the easement anf the overhang 3' over.

    I once built a house in North Carolina on a slab. Wehn we were finished we found out that the contractor hadn't gotten a prior variance and we had ro cut 8' out of the middle and slide the end together. One bed room became a long narrow walk in closet.

    When I was a helper some 35 years ago, I was taught not to tahe out wall braces until I was told to. I was given the job of sheathing with Celotex and I cut so close to those braces that were through the walls that no air could pass. The contractor came around the house, stopped and said "You're kidding!" to which I replied "What?"
