You fail at typography. That's Hebrew (Hebish, as some, who shall rename nameless, call it).
In order to look like Russian or Ukrainian, it has to have a passing resemblance to Greek. At least in the top and bottom orange banners, there are no Greekish chatacters.

My last comment on this scene, if he was gonna wear the tutu, the least he coulda done was shave his legs.

Hey, I got "Hebish" from a guy that was studying it for his Bar Mitzvah. He's as close to an authority as I can cite.
