    Ordered the pillars for the CZ 457 from Pete's Pillars. After researching and measuring, I determined I needed his Slim Line pillars for my stock, which he suggests anyways for the Tacticool/Pro Varmint stock. They are 7/16" diameter vs 1/2". The standard diameter ones were not going to allow me to drill out the holes big enough for an adequate amount of epoxy surrounding the pillars.

    I bought the 2oz package of Devcon steel epoxy, because it was only a few dollars more than the less than 1 oz syringe style package.

    I still need to figure out what I'm going to use for a release agent. And pick up some modeling clay as well.

    And thanks TJ K. for posting that link to the info about the pillar install. I found it very informative as to why the pillars really benefit a rifle. And the correct way to install them.
