Gas company is in the front yard putting in a new line.

This fully electric home is getting NatGas and a new Regency Heater (*40,000 BTU's on full boil*)

It'll be nice to get out from under the high cost of baseboard heating....there isn't a vent in this home.

We should be completed by early October.
