After 2 days straight out in this heat I did my running today. Picked up the new outdoor AC unit. Put it by the one that is dying and came inside.

I could use the MDI to glue mine back on if I had sweated them off. It was good to get home, the gardener watched those riot videos on tv today and is really worried about the boys. We spent some time talking about it, I think they will spend a few days with us around election time.

It has been quite. And brother I was melted down last night. Seriously. This morning I was still melted down.

That’s not a bad idea. I worry about my youngest. He’s 24 and thinks that since he’s a liberal, that he will be ok but he’s also a clean cut white guy that drives a Mercedes and does not understand that he would be a prime target to an angry mob

Reminds me of the time I was driving a fancy convertible back from Florida for someone. Got stuck in a traffic jam in Atlanta for several hours. It was during the height of the '92 riots. Nothing made it to the highway that night but it was a long long long wait for traffic to move while waiting for local news updates on the radio...
