I still keep thinking about that NIB 75B in .40 that was posted a couple of days ago. That would make a great ‘Son of Bill’ build. Sadly, I’ve spent my gun money for this quarter.

This feels like a challenge! LOL!!

I've read excellent reviews about the Gibbz and forum chatter is postive as to fit and finish.
Yeah maybe that one works then. If i remember correctly and thats a big IF, the one i played with was possibly a veteran owned business. Is that company veteran owned?
But like i said that was at least 3 years ago.

    4 hrs = hell.

Also got to play with an old Winchester 60 in 22lr. It was really cool, priced great, but... priced great because the finish was :puke:

Whatcha think about the quality of Gibbz side charging upper?

I have no experience with the Gibbz but the left side/charging handle and the rear charging handle cover look like a New Frontier Armory without the LRBHO. The Gibbz appears to have a longer ejection port and may take calibers the NFA doesn't.

I have been using a NFA side charging upper (roll marked as Joe Bob Outfitter) with a 9mm pistol and like it enough that I just ordered another NFA for a 9mm carbine.

What caliber are you thinking of?

Leasing works for a only select few IMHO but car prices today are just insane and really unaffordable with leasing or way too long financing.

I bought a Jeep not too long ago and went from buying new to DEFINITELY buying used in a few mouse clicks.

Hard won wisdom tends to stick with you. Leasing is almost always the most expensive way to drive a car. They don't bother to tell you the interest rate on the lease.

2-3 years old is my next goal. Bought a 2011 this last year and will probably drive it a while. Pretty happy with my long bed Chevy.
