    No that's a party pavilion they have across the river. That's normally 40ish feet away from the water. Last flood the water was on the roof about a foot, all you could see was roof.
    My next house is going to have a view. Maybe trees maybe water. Nothing man made.

    Unfortunately, we have spent the last five years buying houses for doctors....

    Note to self. If bacannon invites me to a party at the pavilion -check the flood forecast first.

    No worries, I have a big party deck 30' above the river bank. We can party without issue here :cool:

    No sir it doesn't. It's on the end of my road now. It wont take much and it'll be in peeps yards soon. One fishing shack at the end has about a foot of water on it already.

    One good thing is my brush pile should get washed away.
    My dock has water and ice at the bottom of it now. It's gotten over the top before. Hoping this starts to drain

    Big activity today is walking out to the mailbox to bring in a package from Olight. Rough day for sure.
    Be careful, reports of slips and falls. If you break your hip, you'll have to use your Vudoo rifle as a cane to walk around with.
