We have been lucky enough here to have the continuous problem house directly behind us get sold off to some decent people. It was section 8 and drew in the worst.

Morning again to all. Second cup of down and brain is starting to function. Gonna be the last warm day here in Indy, with the high forecast to be ~68. Looking forward to walking in the woods for a bit to enjoy it before the colder days creep in. Hope everyone has a great day!

We recently did our cabinets too but had a company come in and they used a sprayer and some kind of special paint, it is pretty hard when dried but it would have been nice to save the $$.

Like you said earlier, I'll just have to stay watchful and see if the local law sorts them out. I think the other family members will try to sell the ground once the estate gets settled.
