Some pains you can ignore, but chest pains are ones to get checked out. Praying for you. Keep us updated!

Doc says no attack apparently. BP a little high but can't find any evidence of any damage. Xray normal. 2 lungs, one heart. Gonna go get a check up and probably a stress test this week.

Brown County always told me when I had a blockage. Hike or bike up a hill or two and it gave me instant results.

Well, that's not terrible news. My wife works in this field - EKG, DOPPLERS, HEART MONITORS, EEG, STRESS TESTS....everyday.

Most likely just need to get out and walk every morning and lose the 10# I've allowed to creep back. Ain't God's fault so I'll try and deal with my personal responsibility in a personal fashion. Feel free to pray for my personal motivation though.
