I bulged a disc last weekend, very painful. Luckily, I've got some relief from my father-in-law's chiropractor.

Anyways, haven't been working with my 457 setup but it's almost there. Got a Rock BR and rear bag so when I'm back up to running speed, I'll be good to go.

Christmas again was the chosen full length feature this evening.
I do not recommend it to adults but the kids loved it.
I suffered through it just to spend time with them.

I thought hard about getting the 12.5" (too) ! ...... but already have some heavy-barrel shorties. Had it been a short, lightweight pencil barrel (hmm, do they make such a thing ?), I definitely would have gone for the shorter barrel.

Oh dang, gangster ..... this is one thing that I can honestly say "I know what you're going through" .... and it isn't any fun.
Just go slow, and don't do any twisting motions ! Take that Advil (or similar) to shrink down the tissue.
