    Yes Sir, 57M.
    I have a early wood stock 57M
We had horrible problems with it ejecting strait up into the scope and falling back in the action. A few trips back and fourth to Dan, I finely took it with a few sets of new extracters to a gunsmith friend in Maryland and Scottie fixed it. He did say he will never work on another Cooper rimfire.
I haven't yet shot it with that Vortex on it.
    Amazing 22 rifles.

Montana Varmiteer with 4AAA? plus wood. In person itd even better.
All if the ones I have are Montana Varminteers. It shoots as well as my Annie 54.
The problems were right out of the box. That was geesh 25? Years ago.

I lack the lurk team coin.
I was given the honorary rank of doorman of the mobile command unit (@GLOCKMAN23C 's camper). Unfortunately we had to lose a member before a new member could be added. Our friend Churchmouse gave me the coin and my membership apprenticeship when I made a deal with him for the Robocop. Unfortunately he gave me my journeyman card 30mins after I bought the Wizards Emissary. A day I'll not forget.
