Does anyone have a source for the little O-rings that are used with the grip screws and are they really needed?

My local Ace Hardware carries them.

Needed? Probably not. Anecdotally, I do think they have less odds of loosening with the o ring especially with non wood or rubber grips.

CZ O-Rings 1/8 ID x 1/4 OD (pack of 8)

LOK Grips makes custom 1911 grips and grips for many other handguns!

I have some I use that I got from Menards for like 68 cents. I’ll run downstairs and take a pic in a few.

Sorry, I lost all my firearms and ammo in a boating accident Thursday last week. It was so warm I wanted to get some trigger time in at the Sportsmans Club but didn't make it..
