Afternoon CZickos, I'm new to the forum.
Was happy to see Indy arms co was open today so I took my friend out to shoot. Tested out a police trade-in Jericho 941F from Israel I bought last week. Not the worst nor the best at 25ft, not a fan of the black out sights on it. The SAO trigger on it is pretty nice though, clean overall with a little creep in the wall, prolly between 2-4 lbs. Had few stove pipes between some fiocchi 115g and AAC 124g 9mm, cleaned it a little before taking it out so not sure what might be causing it. Always a good time with my Ruger MK IV and CZ P10C too.

Hope everyone is having a relaxing labor day if you're off!

Had a feeling I had sinned. The lines on the old ones with out an attachment rail are very appealing. :dunno: An SP01 didn't seem to be in the cards this year but maybe next year.
There is another surplus one somewhere in the group. I had my eye on one for a while (and may still pick one up sometime) but went with a CZ SC Massada instread.

But can not go wrong with the SP-01 either.

Gmcttr dragging his feet which keeps the rest of us thinking.

My Hoover's bag is full...and 9mm ain't right in a 1911...and, from my limited experience, doddg isn't likely to take a lower offer. Prove me wrong. :D

It hurt too force myself to get the WC double stack in 9mm. I'm still embarrassed to be seen at the range with it but will suffer on.

Now if you want a DW Specialist 45ACP in the black finish, I may the the guy to talk too.

    Concerning 1911/2011 ...
If it's a double stack in 9 does it make it righter? Or wronger?
I'm tempted like some others for doddg's and if was double stack that might put me over the edge.

And for the record from what I've seen doddg's prices have been somewhere between fair and a good deal. I'm not a haggler anyway.

    2 * 115 grain = 230 so righter?

Gary, doddg, is a good dude and super easy to deal with. A bit wackey in how he likes to score his targets, but overall harmless and fun to be around. Be careful during your FTF meeting ... he does like to talk, but the time flies by as he is an engaging fellow.

I ended up picking up a vice this weekend, but didn't get it mounted to my work bench yet. When I do the first things I need to use it for are cutting down a grip for my 1911 (it is a 1/4" too long), and cutting out a notch on my new Jericho 941F grips.

The Jericho 941F I want to have cerkoted at some point. The current finish has quite a bit of wear.

A man after my own heart, I ordered the same grips in black. At least some one else gets it. I was lucky on the one I got as it has a good amount of the finish still on it and not to mention the free sand that came with it inside the frame.

CZ did it “righter” first as far as double stack hammer fired 9mm
