I've been craving pancakes lately. I never liked pancakes in the past since maple syrup tends to give me a headache. But, for the last couple of months, I've been craving pancakes with maple syrup.

Spouse has a great pancake mix. She makes them just right.
I have real butter and Strawberry preserves that I put on them.
I like Maple syrup but on waffles.

That reminds me....spouse made and canned some cinnamon applesauce.
She and the daughter took the terrorists out to an apple orchard and they picked their own.
She found an old family recipe in my moms stuff and prepped/cooked it up.

It is. It is not a total sauce. There are a few small apple chunks in every bite.
