Now, in the purest sense, he actually is right... the term "Anglo-American Law," is rarely used, and often supplanted with "Common Law." Why, in this climate, working for the administration he does, and the perception of that administration held by many... one must ask why did he use the former? The "poorly educated," most certainly will see this at it's basest meaning.
