So Blackrock will own more of Ukraine,nothing shocking about that given it is the most corrupt country in Europe.

Zelenski had to change to allow any foreign ownership of land at all. It was against the law prior to his presidency and now is done in a similar legal framework as US presidents executive orders. IE totally up to the president(and how much they pay him).

It is the ideal country for WEF and the IMF. Private ownership by corporations of anything profitable and unpayable loans with the countries peasants holding the bill.
