Under the law it is my choice whether to conceal or open carry. The OP video implies that the only reason to OC is to show off or make a political statement. In warm weather, it is uncomfortable to conceal. What if I need to take my jacket off to go indoors. There are practical reasons. Why should it be a big deal for me to carry legally, AND comfortably?

The mentality that one should conceal is born of decades of a different mentality about guns. It's not even necessarily an anti-gun mentality although there is plenty of that as we know.

When my mother was growing up, they didn't lock their doors at night. They were a peaceful society. It was legal to carry a gun, but people didn't think they had to, it wasn't until later that the right to carry actually was attacked by the same politicians who gave us Roe V Wade. How is it that they advocate my gun might kill someone, but they kill millions and millions of unborn Americans every year. How evil, how twisted. How sick.

Society has changed a great deal. People didn't think about being violently assaulted nearly as much 50, 60 70 years ago as happens now. Crime has skyrocketed in our time. We live in a time where lack of virtue is thought to be virtuous. We live in a society that has drifted so far from a sense of right and wrong, lets call it what it is, we have lost our sense of sin, so much so that we are starting to unravel. Maybe a lot of the folks reading this don't even want to hear my theories, and that's fine, because right now the direction we are headed in, it is only going to get a lot, lot worse. As long as we live in a society that grows more lawless on a daily basis, as long as the lawless claim lawlessness as their right, then old ideas about morality are not only being forgotten, they are being rejected. That is not good. No, this may not be the 1800s, but in a lot of ways, we are far worse. We are one sick and confused society. As long as that is the case, it is time to take a stand.

We live in a society were the very government leaders sworn to uphold and protect the US Constitution seem to have a satanic vendetta to attack our 1st and 2nd Amendment rights. Our society is becoming progressively more lawless, and our leaders seem to pride themselves on how much they can do to dismantle the freedom, true freedom born of virtue, that our ancestors fought and died to pass on to us. As long as there is a movement to destroy this great nation and what it stands for and replace it with Godless socialism, then the everyday person has to what is in his power do defend it. And there is a lot we can do. Practicing your 2nd Amendment rights is a lot more than a political statement. It is needed in order to change the mentality of Americans. It's a lot more than a political statement, it is being prepared for the consequences of the lawlessness that our current leaders tout as progress.

it's time to stand up for what is true and good without being ashamed to speak up. We are free men. We do not have to apologize for practicing our constitutional rights. I don't carry to make a political statement, but it is the other way around. That is the style of today's politics, to twist the truth around and distort it. The truth is that politics has created a reality that can not be ignored. It must be answered with courage or we will lose our freedom. I don't want to be responsible for my children living in that kind of world.

I think you were trying to make a statement about OC vs CC but I mised it. Don't forget - they are both a constitutional right.

If you get bored one day compare a Tundra to a 2500 or a F250. In all honesty I feel like the Tundra should be 3/4 ton rated. It is a beefy truck for a half ton.
Don't need to compare anything. It is not even in the same league as a 3/4 Ton Truck. I have seen a couple Neighbors up here who thought that and tore the hell out of their Tundras.

Yeager and Pincus are just ignorance spewing Sh@ stirrers. I think they post videos like this just to get attention.

I think it would be best to stear anyone considering training away from these two.

If you choose to carry, then carry as you see fit and find an instructor that will teach you the proper way to use your gear.

Not just call you an "assclown" and insult you for not thinking they way they do while wearing a stupid shirt and constantly twitching.

Yeager and Pincus are the only two "assclowns" I see hear.

    Care to enlighten ?

The 2007 and newer have a 10.5" ring gear which is bigger than some 3/4 ton pick ups , they also have bigger disc brakes , have a brake controller wired in from the factory and a stout frame built like just like a 3/4 ton truck .

The only thing lacking is a diesel engine , but with 381 horse power and almost 400#ft of torque and a 5 spd auto w/ tow mode it can handle quite a bit of towing .

If you want to spout off stories with no facts that's your right , but go to the tundra forum and read what actual owners are towing safely and without any breakage .

    You amuse me...

All I stated is I have several Neighbors who went the Tundra routes for Farm/Work Trucks, and they are not heavy use/abuse trucks. Sorry if that pisses you off, no not really, but that is the reality as I have seen it. They are nice trucks for those that don't use their trucks daily heavily...

    Why go to the Forums.
    Do you own a Tundra?!
Feel like seeing what happens when you put it under a 28' gooseneck and put 28,000# on it as well. Bring it up, we can hook it to my trailer and I'll load a backhoe up on it. Then drive it, wanna bet whether something breaks on it or not.
