the previous owner of my house was a woodworker, and he had a nice little shop in the basement. i took it over for my reloading room.Man, some of these look way to nice for me to post my complete basket case of a bench..... maybe someday when I have a bit more room
That's an excellent idea.I watched a YouTube video once where a guy was working at the bench in his reloading/gun shed. Then he swung open a half door located above the bench, revealing a downrange view of his personal shooting range. How awesome would that be? Every time I do load development work, I have to drive 40 miles to the nearest range to test the results.
Like every build if you think it is big enough you better go bigger!!!!!! Speaking from experienceVery nice reloading rooms guys. I want to build a 8x12 shed with heat, AC, and insulation. Then turn it into a reloading shed. I've been wanting to do this for a long time. Hopefully someday I'll get it done.
So now a 12x16Like every build if you think it is big enough you better go bigger!!!!!! Speaking from experience
12'X16' would probably require a permit...just and FYI because it is no longer considered a portable structure....I could be wrong but I think that is how it works. So now a 12x16
That is a dream reloading/handloading room! Love the bench rest set up to test loads. Only thing is you have to stand to load, me I'm just too old to do that for a long time. One question what custom rifle are you shooting in that picture of the shooting bench? Here's a picture of the horse inside my reloading room from when the previous owners lived in our house. LOL
