    Where's the bacon?
I don't get all yoos sayin' BHO is bad for announcing that we all should learn a second language.
Just listen to some of these custom titles... like under the username where mine says "plinker"

Scutter01: Si hoc legere scis nimium cruditionis habes
SavageEagle: Malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium
    4Sarge: Stamus contra malum
    Dogman: Molon Labe

    :dunno:

I can understand most other titles.?.?.?.?

I feel left out. I use a Latin phrase in mine, too, and I wasn't quoted! :crying: <== (Note Liberal emoticon, used in sarcasm)

Cogito, ergo porto. = I think, therefore I carry.

I'm considering adding the other half of that to it:

    Porto, ergo cogito.

    Blessings,
    B

This reminds me, I just visited the Alamo. While there I learned the first skirmish with Mexico in the War for Texas Independence was over arms, specifically a cannon. The first Texas battle flag:

Strangely: that flag is written in english.
Didn't they understand that the mexicans could not read it anyway???? :n00b:

I found humor in one of the exhibits which explained that Santa Anna clamped down because he was afraid that the immigrant Americans were undermining Mexican culture.

You can read all about it in: "Don't Tread on Me; a 400-Year History of America at War, from Indian Fighting to Terrorist Hunting" by H. W. Crocker lll (Chapter 9) :patriot:

There weren't any phones to have them "Press 2 for Spanish", so the Texans just pressed their triggers to get the message across.

    Not a bad thought, IMHO.
