Not if he felt his life was in danger...Legally? None... murder.
Nope. He killed a thug for slapping him, then further attacking him with a chemical. It doesn`t appear he initiated the physical aggression, he was defending himself. Did he over respond? A jury can decide that. This frame shows the shot already fired, the shell casing in the air and the bear spray plume. It's time stamp is 3:36:54 PM. There are 5 additional frames (0.4 seconds) AFTER this picture with the same timestamp.
This means 1.6 seconds (1.5 - 1.7 seconds) from face still sideways from the slap, the first pic of the prior post, to shot already fired.
He killed a man for slapping him.
He willingly stepped into the middle of a verbal conflict and put hands on the man and got b**** slapped for it. He immediately and instantly escalated to deadly force while the man was retreating, and the photo sequence clearly shows he was not responding to any raising of the bear spray when he went for his gun.Nope. Cool story - though it has absolutely no resemblance to the actual facts of the incident.Nope. He killed a thug for slapping him, then further attacking him with a chemical. Further: he doesn't get to claim self-defense as a justification for use of deadly force because he was the initial aggressor. When someone legally uses force in self-defense against an unlawful aggressor, the aggressor does not then get to claim self-defense for otherwise unjustified use of deadly force in response to the other person's lawful use of force in self-defense.He willingly stepped into the middle of a verbal conflict and put hands on the man and got b**** slapped for it.
