The person saying that POTUS had "a hood and sheets" or a "red armband with a cute little symbol", then hoping FLOTUS starts doing porn, and that INGO would become "Stromfront Lite" without the Moderators is lecturing the community on ad hominems?

    Fingers crossed.

I don't like Donald Trump (outsider), I illustrate why I don't like him (adversary), and I'm not afraid to say so. All true. However, you can only say that I am dishonest in my motives, if you think my postings are outside of my beliefs.

    For Example:
Well, there are several people here who don’t like Trump, but “shade” don’t get thrown at them, because they are willing to be honest about all of it. It’s easy to admit the truth when it’s a truth you like. If you hate Trump so much that you can’t admit when the criticisms are dishonest, it’s hard to take you seriously as an honest broker. There’s a lot of dishonest reporting around criticisms of the situation at the border and you’re incapable of acknowledging that. It qppears to me that you’re only capable of clinging to the things which confirms your hatred. It also appears to me that the rhetoric of shoving your “truth” in the faces of the people who smeared the Obama’s makes it apparent that you’re making it personal.

People can tell when you’re making things personal, you know. THAT’s why you’re treated as an outsider.

Oh, I'm done. If people want to talk smack, they can knock themselves out. If they set their hair on fire because they are soft, they can have at it. My policy will remain in place: be civil, and I will return it, step over the line, and we can go there too. Smart people that challenge my thinking, I will engage, thoughtfully.... and there are a fair number of people who that applies.

Well that because liberal snowflake culture has infected conservatives, young and old. The "don't like the argument, attack the source?" Besides being a thing called an ad hominem, which many are unaware of what that even means, it just plain funny.

Asking for you to cite the evidence of your claims is attacking the source? Wow. Me and you both know if I, or anyone else, posted that “evidence” in the manner you did you would have also questioned it. Stop looking for reasons to play the victim, nobody attacked you personally by asking for factual evidence instead of an opinion. You posted an opinion piece. You were called on the opinion piece. Now you’re playing the victim.

Why would any thinking person listen to a thing Dan Rather has to say?

Hate isn't in my wheelhouse, and your "truth," is not mine. This isn't the truthful political funny pictures thread. If you're going to start talking about the veracity of the memes/cartoons, then you a LOT of backtracking to do.
