Those who have not served don't understand unit cohesion and how fragile it can be.
Amen.And many seem to not understand that when your goal is combat effectiveness- killing people who need killing and breaking their stuff- the squad, platoon, company and battalion come way before the "right" of an individual to "live their own truth".
