I use the Log Cabin, it is real sugar
I have a nephew in the business.
He makes his maple syrup on the dark, thick side. Takes longer.
Every Christmas, whole family gets a present of his latest run.

I always ask if I can buy more, but he won't take money from family. He just sends a few jugs with a list of places to send money that he cares about.
It appears to be a part of his tithe, local help.

I got really lucky, marrying up to a sweet hot German country gal with an amazing family.

I forgot local range opens late on Saturday. Seems stupid!
Thought about taking a drive over to the Fancy one, but skipped it for now.
    I'll go later.

Dropped back by home and Wife had the dog harnessed, ready for a walk. Told her to take the couch, I'll take the dog.
    MAN! he was antsy.
I think the coyotes are roaming closer at night now that weather is changing.
I know the deer certainly are.

I cruise down by the boat launch at the river sometimes and drift some into the trees.

Mowing needs to happen again. Son's turn.

I'll probably have to micro-manage that later.
Not sure how late Son stayed up playing D&D with his online gang, but he is still down at 10AM!

Headed out to play with my new toy!
Taking toolset with me. I intend to swap out that ridiculous, cheap red dot optic, back to original rear sight for now.
After a short try, that is.

It came with the original complicated looking rear sight contraption and a sling. I don't know who this sling was adjusted for, but I can't even get my arm in it, as it was set.

Too much for some, I suppose. I love it. Can't wait to see how she runs!
