    But I do that in the spring. I like leaving them up over winter to provide a little bit of interest in the landscape.
    Use to do this.

    When I lived at birthing persons house while she was over seas, I trimmed it back in the spring.

    After I moved out someone didnt do it anymore and that grass got tall and wide.

    12 clumps yielded 29 new plants between 2 to 5 gallon sized. There are some already taller than myself, blocks out the house behind us :)
