I understand that. I have thought about freezing 2 containers right away when I make a big recipe. I always think I should have done it on day 3 or 4 unfortunately

Often we order from a Chinese take out place, Wok-N-Roll.
They have lunch portions, but if you order a dinner entre, which just tastes better, it's easily four meals for me with the rice.

I have learned to freeze half on the night of, rather than tiring myself of the dish before it's gone.

I don't know if they're still there, or even the same now, but we used to go to the one in Broadripple back in the 90's. They had an egg roll called the "Zing Roll" that was the best I've ever had. It had some kind of spicy sausage in it.
