SE: Do you have an ETA for conclusion?
OK. I got it now. Just needed a different computer. What is the best street to enter the lot from?
We have 5pm up as the official end time on the facebook event. (figure it on how long it should take you to leisurely walk 3 miles and multiply it by two)
However its smart to plan for possible delays of the normal kind, Kodak moments, educational literature dispersal, inquisitive passers-by, The Media, Crosswalk delays, waiting for people to catch up; annoying moments (knock on wood), the inevitable trip and fall/scrape/boo boos, The Media, diversions, counter-protesters, arseholes; and SHTF moments, run ins with disapproving lawyers/LEOs/politicians, Man With Gun calls, The Media
In other words. It could be done and ready to go by 2 OR we could all be in jail till our hearing on monday...
...I'd say...set some time aside
I suspect it will be much less eventful but I'm glad someone is thinking about WCS.
The good news is that parking lot is right across the street from the jail. You won't have far to go. (J/K)In other words. It could be done and ready to go by 2 OR we could all be in jail till our hearing on monday...

We are a few days out from the walk So here is a final reminder of the time/place/and the Rules
The walk is Saturday, September 26 at 12 Noon
Our estimated end time is around 3 but plan for it to possibly go longer depending on conditions, delays, and outside interest.
Our meeting point is the Elevated lot next to 333 E Maryland St Indianapolis, IN 46204
If you're coming from the S,W side of town, Maryland St would be easiest. N or E side of town, Washington to Alabama, turn left on Alabama (or straight on Alabama from N side) and you'll run right into the entrance for the garage. The entrance to the surface parking is next to the big wall that says parking. You'll go under a Bail Bonds office to a pay-booth. We'll be somewhere in that parking lot. Don't worry, we'll make sure you can find us!

Are you saying we will not be allowed to walk with our completely legal and permitted open top (no thumb break) OWB handgun holsters?
i have a $1000 tattoo roughly modeled around this. learn it, love it, live it.
Does it retain your handgun well if, say, you had to take off running in a dead sprint? My Kydex Holster has no retention strap but I can hang upside down on the monkey bars and swing around and sprint across the park without ever worrying about it coming out.
My custom made leather holsters do what they're supposed to do. Where does a "rule" like this come from, the cops or the organizers?
