Thanks for the useful data, but it would seem some of those figures are for boxed ammo, and some for loose. I may be wrong, but it would be nice to know which is which.
I base this on personal experience, knowing that you can easily fit 2k rounds of 855 (5.56) on stripper clips, into a .50 cal can, if they're not in the cardboard 30 rd sleeves.
Unsure believe it's just loose ammo.
The .22lr in .30 cal boxes is loose.

Teachers nowadays rely upon the internet.

If they find any books (that don't include DEI and child porn) they call the 451 Brigade.

No offense to BS, but no purple intended either.

Got this info from an old timer on ammo cans.

1200rds of 5.56 will fit in to a 50cal ammo can.
600rds of 5.56 will fit in to a 30cal ammo can.

1750rds of .40SW will fit in to a 50cal ammo can.
1000rds of .40SW will fit in to a 30cal ammo can.

    140rds of 12ga 2.75 will fit in to a 30cal ammo can.
    250rds of 12ga 2.75 will fit in to a 50cal ammo can.

640rds of .308 will fit in to a 50cal ammo can.
320rds of .308 will fit in to a 30cal ammo can.

1300rds of .45ACP will fit in to a 50cal ammo can.
770rds of .45ACP will fit in to a 30cal ammo can.

2200rds of 9mm will fit in to a 50cal ammo can.
1200rds of 9mm will fit in to a 30cal ammo can.

750rds of 7.62x54r will fit in to a 50cal ammo can.
300rds of 7.62x54r will fit in to a 30cal ammo can.

6500rds of .22lr will fit in to a 50cal ammo can.
3250rds of .22lr will fit in to a 30cal ammo can.
I can confirm the 600rds of loose 5.56 in the 30cal, though it would probably be closer to 640, but I like my round numbers.

They have these places called gyms that let you practice picking up heavy things and eventually you can pick up even heavier things.
    I agree with Act.

I don't need to pick up heavy things.

    My suitcases have wheels.

My tractor has a front end loader capable of flipping a small car (or Jedi after eating at Schoops)
