    I forgot to mention...

    The DoD (Dept of Defense) has a ceremony. They can send someone out if they have anyone available.
    I think the funeral home should know how to get hold of them.

    Then the American Legion and/or Veteran's of Foreign Wars have their own ceremonies.
    As with the DoD, it depends on if that Post has enough volunteers.
    When my Dad passed a few years ago, the funeral home handled everything. The Army sent out a couple of fresh-faced enlisted men to do the flag ceremony graveside and the local American Legion did a "three-volley salute". My Dad was not a member, but they wanted to honor him anyway. They gave my Mom the brass which she keeps in a case with the flag.

    I’ve also heard they put the brass in the flag once they are done folding it. They did on my dad’s flag.
