Mittens are much more efficient at frostbite prevention than gloves.

They may be mittens, but they'll save your fingers.

I keep a pair in the truck. Totally useless if you need to do anything other than keep your fingers. But GREAT at keeping your fingers attached to your hands in brutally cold weather.

Ya, I've been getting some use out of my military trigger finger mittens... not using the trigger finger portion of course....

This weather is really something for things being so mild over the last couple years...

So today I noticed the snowblower is missing the left rubber sleeve grip on the handle bars.
My daughter said she saw it yesterday on the ground and put it back on the blower but it looks like it fell off again.
Since I wear mittens when using the blower I don't feel it.
Today as I was doing the end of the drive it was warm and figured I do without mittens and that is when I noticed it.
Going to call the dealer tomorrow to see if they have any.

hum... KLB are you going to the meet & eat **AND** do you go past Burke's Lawn & Garden on US-30 **BEFORE** 5PM M-F?

just get some "handlebar tape" for bicycles at any walmart/meijer/bike shop. it's foam tape, works great and is cheap.

Foam pipe insulation held on with duct tape. That's what I'd do. (And yes, it would look ghetto. Bite me. )

that is actually a better idea as the foam pipe stuff i have some in the garage and will make it nice and soft.
