I can recommend mine. He is pro 2A too.
Been going to this place for 30 years.
    I'll stay.

But ALL my life, dentists tell me to brush/floss better.
But the problem was stuff getting down the gums, between gum and teeth.
    So my gums were bleeding.
It wasn't till they started receding that this work was done in the fall to cut the gums, clean out, do a little work, sew it back up.
And now my gums are much better.

But, I don't think they grow back. What has receded, is the way it is.

First physical therapy this evening. That kinda sucked.
PT sucks. I get annoyed at people that say PT is great, a breeze, they love it, and such. If that is the case you either are getting sponged, not doing it right, or are delusional.

Good luck with your PT. Listen to your body.

PT is the worst but I don't think I would have regained almost full range of motion without it. Except the booboo finger, but that's got mechanical(biomechanical?) reasons.

PT is a love hate relationship. I had one that I called every evil name I could.

Tito was 6", 225# all muscle. He beat the Stuffings out of me for a month. BTW evil names included Godzilla, Dr. Mengela and such. I loved the guy, he brought me back to life after over 2 years of atropy.

James, very strong and competent, he carried me through the next couple of months and got me back to work.

After my second knee replacement, I requested Tito ot James and got James. Since I had been working for 6 months, I had muscle, so range was the need. We were able to get me back to work in 5 weeks.

I cringed ever time I woke up and realized the PT was coming today. I hated the pain, but I loved the results.

Man, I remember going to River Oaks back when it was still a place to go.
Me too. Those big concrete saucer chairs in the center area between the stores. I used to sit there waiting for my mom to shop when it was safe for a 10-yr-old girl to sit by herself in Calumet City (or anywhere, for that matter).

I used to like the open-air layout where you could access the different stores from the center courtyard.
