Tore up my hands this weekend. Thankfully still managed to hit SPB on Monday and fire the new to me G19. Ran great. Put some rounds through my other G19, because why not.
    Back to work, fun fun.

I'm still having trouble with my right shoulder. I think this time it is a pinched nerve. I can barely do anything with my right arm without a world of pain, and it's seriously curtailing the tasks I need to get done. Appointment with my rheumatologist on Monday for eval/ultrasound/possible second steroid shot. Not sure the shot will help if it's a pinched nerve, but maybe he can unpinch it.

I swear I thought I tore my shoulder just getting up.
The tears in both my shoulders ache all night and when I am sitting and reach for something.

Thank Heaven for work, that is the only time that they don't bother me.

Better off with a chiropractor. I had one that had my fingers going numb a few years ago. After it was better I decided that it was time to go regularly for prevention.

Yeah, I had thought about that. I already have this appointment, so I'll see what he has to say. Then I may be getting recommendations for a chiropractor. I've never been to one.

I'll be changing insurance first of August, so I have to make sure to find one that's in Aetna's network. Dang, need to call my dentist's office and let them know I'll be leaving them also.

Going to the valpo flashlight outlet and 219 armory today.

Need a new headlamp for work. The one the railroad gave me which cost them between 80 and 120 doesn't hold a charge as long as it use to, the band is starting to loose its elasticity and the swivel for the light has worn too loose. At least it lasted me a good 3yrs of heavy abuse. Will make a good around the house light till it needs to be finally put down.

    So jedi sees ya survived.
Ya are luckier than jedi neighbor 4 houses down. That family managed to burn down their 2 car garage along with their truck on the 4th of july.

They were doing fireworks and it went bad, very bad...

    Ouch!

One year in my neighborhood, I kept the water hose handy due to flying, fiery schrapnel raining down, but it's quieted down a little since then.
