The best thing you can do for your immune system is build muscle. There was a good 5 year period there where anything I caught was mild and lasted a week at most. Then I got soft and fat again and a cold has me hating life for a couple weeks.

I did that too and shook the hands of people around me too!

But at some point I'm figuring the Church is going to stop the shaking hands and the wine.

I remember them doing that a few years ago. I think it was when H1N1 exploded.

One time on our mill, one of the [electric] motors caught fire and the brilliant turn foreman grabbed a hose to put it out. :):

    Ours was a grease fire.
    And liquid metal.
Everytime we put it out with Chem extinguishers, it would reflash.
    Water would have cooled it.
    But, the grease problem.
We used almost every extinguisher in the "tower".

Something was up with the line control. We couldn't get the slab out. You have to do that before it solidifies.
Or you have to cut it out 5 foot at a time.

    The mold is cooked.
The 20+ mold cables are burned.
    Grease lines are burned.
Mold cover is stuck to the mold.
    Ugh.

I musta dumped a dozen extinguishers myself. And there was 5 of us fighting the fire.
And we dumped the main extinguisher system.
And one of those big extinguisher on wheels.

In #1 BOP, some smoke was coming out of the floor in the control room, where the wires are.
A boss got one of those huge fans, stuck it in the door to blow the smoke out.
Which of course blew air on the little fire, burning down the entire control room.

A hot time in the old town this morning.
