Worked at the old house today. Almost done and ready to put up for sale. Apparently, March 1 is the Black Friday of the house selling world, so my move-in ready house should go quickly.

Went to warm up some lunch in the microwave...and it was dead. Bad news is obvious. Good news is the wife hates the one at the new house (because it's stainless not black stainless), so I can switch them out and get her the one the contractor was supposed to purchase.
