Leaving for Wyoming in a couple of weeks again.

There might me a man and a young woman with a gun call coming from the restaurant in the truck stop at Rt 2 and I 65 a bit later this morning. Oh wait, that truck stop is south of US30, never mind. Nobody will even notice her pink & stainless 2 tone pistol

Planning to meet my daughter for breakfast as she passes the area on her way back to law school in Bloomington. She got her carry license less than a week after her 18th birthday. So well over half a decade ago and still nobody south of 30 has been shot by her, streets not running with blood, etc.

Maybe we can trust young people to be responsible???

Didnt make Winamac today as i had to much yard work to start on, and waiting on a roofer to get here and give me an estimate.
Finally got the Christmas lights down. Good cleaning of the chicken coop and run area. Shoveled out 2-3 years worth of fires from the firepit. Started cleaning out the flower beds. Fertilized the front yard.
Next will be to till in all that good chicken poop composte into the garden area. Do that next nice weekend we have though.
Hopefully if rain holds out till the afternoon like the weathermen are saying, we'll hit Winamac in the morning for a few hours.
