Placebo effect, it "says" it is for migraines. I am not talking about the weakness, but the strength if the mind.
Could be in his case. They package it like that for monetary reasons. They tend to charge more for the Migraine packages.

When I first started taking it, there was no Excedrin Migraine. I remember when I first saw it and compared it to the regular version.

Here you go. I used to get help from Excedrin when I was younger. I learned a long time ago to read the ingredients on medicine bottles. This one always amused me because the Excedrin said you could take it every four hours and the Migraine said once a day

    Excedrin Migraine ingredients:
    250 mg of Aspirin.
    250 mg of acetaminophen.
    65 mg of caffeine.

EXCEDRIN Extra-Strength Pain Reliever (Bristol-Myers) Active Ingredients: Each tablet, caplet, or geltab contains
    Acetaminophen 250 mg,
    Aspirin 250 mg, and
    Caffeine 65 mg.

    It's the FDA's fault.

Today I aspire to wear pants, even when out among the public.

I am sure that the public will be very appreciative.

meh ... made a pretty fair living in the freak show at the county fair a few years back. Thought I could revive the act

Of course I was just the barker calling people into the tent to see Jedi. Or as he was known then: The Human Man-gina :):

The last time I remember that word being used regularly was the 70's

I remember a Catholic priest telling me about the stewardess on his recent flight that had asked "would you like some Trans World Airways coffee or Trans World Airways tea?"

So, the .gov makes it so that they have a monopoly, then complains when they act like they have a monopoly. Makes sense to me.
