Well this freaking winter blast is screwing with my blood sugars... eating lots of carbs and still a 56.... would love to be in the heat right now...

So much for yard work today. This weather is ridiculous. But then I think about what my friends in Texas are dealing with.

Now for a vacation. I'll be going to the wilds of northern Michigan where cell phones are spotty and wi-fi nonexistent. See you all when I get back.

Soooo I am finally a 68... I can see good now too so if this continues you can find me at the closest Dunkin Donuts fulfilling one of my bucket list items... Eclairs of course... Their like 80 carbs each...

I think I need to go to a nice warm desert as my shoulder and hands and feet are all burning with this temperature drop and my blood sugars are like at the temperature level...
