If you go OVER 28mphs of the POSTED SPEED LIMIT the new law grabs you.

I 94 into the city is 55mph on the express and 45mph on the locals.

So if you manage to do 83mph or over on express sat hello to getting the ticket.
It's easy to go 83 if the time of day is right.

I don't remember seeing any speed traps in the city. Maybe on weekends.

Well, of you use 49 in Chesterton, it's going to start getting nuts:

"Turn lanes to CLOSE at 49 and Indian Boundary Road TOMORROW Monday May 15 as INDOT intersection improvement project begins

An intersection improvement project at Ind. 49 and Indian Boundary Road is scheduled to begin TOMORROW, Monday, May 15, the Indiana Department of Transportation is announcing.

Phase I will commence in the northwest and northeast corners of the intersection for pavement widening and traffic signal upgrades, INDOT said.

The following turn lanes will be CLOSED:

*The right-turn lane from southbound Ind. 49 to westbound Indian Boundary Road.

*The right-turn lane from westbound Indian Boundary Road to northbound Ind. 49.

“Access at this intersection will be maintained, but motorists should be prepared for delays during peak times and may wish to seek alternate routes,” INDOT warned.

In Phase II, attention will shift to the southwest and southeast corners of the intersection, for traffic signal modifications, concrete work, and pavement replacement.

“Construction will be ongoing through early September with changing traffic patterns at these intersections,” INDOT said.

IND. 49 AND THE TOLL ROAD ENTRANCE

Meanwhile, Phase I of INDOT’s intersection improvement project at the south end of the Ind. 49 corridor, at the Indiana Toll Road entrance, is ongoing, consisting of widening at the southwest corner and signal improvements. Phase II will include milling and paving at that corner. Phase III will include the widening of southbound Ind. 49 for an additional left-turn lane.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning TOMORROW, Monday, May 15, and for approximately 10 days, the truck parking area located east of the Toll Road plaza will be CLOSED."

Yeah, that is just crazy unless somebody wants to pay that much as a collector or something. You can get pretty much the same ammo with Winchester Ranger SXT and Winchester Ranger T-Series.
They dropped the "Black Talon" name because the media was teeing off on it and they got rid of the black lubrication layer. Some say the SXT stands for "Same Exact Thing".
