Good luck. The areas on the house and shed were painted on Thursday. Hopefully the VA appraiser will make a trip this week and I can close within 2 weeks or less.

Just caught the first tick of the season crawling up my back. First one on me anyway. Found one a couple of days ago crawling up the wall and actually pulled one off of one of the kitten's throats almost two months ago. I don't know where he found a tick in March,.....they'd just barely started going outside for an hour a day during better weather.
My vital tick information,......I'm north of 30 and east of 65. Heavy raccoon population, almost a dozen feeding in the backyard each night. One comes to the door like it's trick-or-treat and has been for several yrs. She gets a few slices of bread or a bun for her trouble.
No.. just no to ticks!!!!
Those look like cool trophies too.Helped set up the track for the Pinewood Derby. Also got volunteered to work in the pit area, so not many pictures were taken by me. There were over 30 cars. My kid got 2nd in his den and his buddy got 1st. I'll take it since I had no clue what we were doing building it.

jedi will love this story,......
I've got a piece of property in ffaarrr northern California. One nice day I decided to climb up the hill and survey the property from the powerline that runs along the northern boundary at about 300' elevation over the bar. After a couple of hours of sweaty bushwhacking I made it back to camp,.......and pulled twenty-eight ticks off of myself. Freaked me out. I didn't have a single one penetrate my precious skin but I could feel them crawling all over me for days.
