I just paid mine yesterday. $2715 for the year. Good news (ish) is that it went up less than $200 from last year. I also just found out that there is a disability exemption, so I applied for that. Won't take effect until next year, but it's worth about $12K. Every little bit helps.

jedi filed a protest and showed comps of houses sold in the past year selling for much less than what county is valuing the property.

Grats sir. I went through the closing on my house just last week. Now the occupants have till the 29th to vacate. I'm pretty excited.

I'm at $2K plus in Cedartucky, Common bi-level and 1/2 acre. But we got us some kick-ass new schools.

But: I brought everything on the list AND my Social Security disability letter. Good thing-- Turns out I needed the SS letter even though it was not on the list.
