South shore has freight, and has for awhile

They’ve had at least diesel pushers for as long as I’ve been working downtown. They’ve saved the electric trains a couple times in crappy weather - iced over lines coupled with iced over pantographs is no beuno.

But they were big.
I made 2 meals out of one.

Pete ate the whole thing, but then regretted it.


They didn't skimp on the ingredients either.

If you make two meals out of it, 7.75 doesn't seem so bad.

@mmpsteve - check that you don't have the raw mode selected. There is a three dot menu and then a set of brackets. When the brackets are selected you can't use other features of the editor.

No way they would still b in biz if they only had commuter rail. They lose money on that part.

Forgot to mention, they're in a plastic bowl & cover.
But there is an aluminum pan on the inside.
I cooked it in the microwave, and didn't know about the pan.
My microwave is okay

But next time I'm either taking it out of the pan, or putting the aluminum in the air fryer

I didn't see heating instructions on it.
So I nuked for 4 minutes. I have a weak microwave. But probably should have went 3 or 3.5 minutes.

If you want to be sure, maybe go to the bakery and ask there.
