I believe it's not even technically a flag but a banner.
Notice it's held in place by an horizontal pole/pipe.

That's why he's not flying it like his other flag.

I don't get why people are offended by that "flag".
If anything else they should be proud of the freedom offered under the US constitution to freely display any flag you want. :patriot:
I could get arrested if I display that flag in France, or in many other countries where owning it is even illegal.

If that's truelly an original historical piece I wouldn't have displayed outside just because it will dammage the fabric.

It is a paradox how a man from western Europe has a far better understanding of the principles of our First Amendment than all these American SJW retards running around with "HATE SPEECH IS NOT FREE SPEECH" signs.

I don't get your question. All the flags are like that ... :dunno:

The swastika is never directly on a red background.

Disregard. I saw Spec4s comment about the strip and thought he meant it had a separate white ring around the white circle. (not that the stripe bordered the banner)

Once I looked back at the OP his commend made sense.

I guess not having those same rights makes you understand them better than people who were born with them.

The entire first amendment is in peril as soon as you start to include even minute exceptions.

Just saw this. Come on. A collector my ass. He's a nazi. He's a piece of ****! Then he has a Gadsden and even the confederate battle flags there too. Those 2 flags are not symbols of nazis they are symbols of American history and freedom for their times. And the Gadsden is once again a symbol of freedom from oppression. This pos is gonna be lumped into the "gun" crowd probably.
If men of the greatest generation were still able this man wouldn't be flying it. I won't predict what I thinks gonna happen.

He might be a Nazi but ... but .... he said he's not a racist! :):

Didn't he say something like there's no hate or racism behind the Nazi flag??? :dunno:

    Agreed.

For context in case you missed it in translation. "short bus" in the USA refers to special education busses. Busses of kids that are mentally impaired.

I don't fully understand how he's not worried that his neighbor will think he's a Nazi but he doesn't want people to think he's racist.
Appanrently being a racist is worst than being a Nazi.
Even KKK members who proudly display Nazi flags are proud to be racist, they don't hide that.:dunno:

As he explains, he isnt a Nazi, he just collects their stuff. And displays it. But he isnt racist or a Nazi.

My suggestion is to stop trying to make sense of it. You will go insane trying to.

they aren't typically that bright from what I've seen on TV: the only real one I know for sure I've met was at the 1500 gun show. His name was old man shearer like the guy that made the knock off glock mags. Yep that same one!!! That was well over 13 or so years ago. I was pickin up afew 32 round glock mags to take back overseas with me. He was handing out his nazi propaganda magazines and talking some real ****! I wanted to knock the old man on his ass and back then it would have been my nature. I resisted
oh and I didn't buy any of his mags either because I don't support nazis or the kkk.

They have to be more low profile over here since all Nazi stuff is illegal.
I saw (on TV) a guy get arrested because he had a swastika on his jacket, visible from the outside of his car during a DUI stop.

I don't get how any Americans can be Neo-Nazis when their grandparents most likely fought the Nazis in Europe, many which died doing so.

me either buddy me either. Also, i don't see how Americans can be openly communist or socialist (and even run for president), or be whatever the democrats have become. Everything we've fought against since our founding, but America for the last 8 years has been ran by wimps and people who think everything is ok. America needs to get back on track or we will be a physically divided nation within 10 years I would guess. And I mean borders separating one part of the country from another. Trumps election I'm sure stopped it from happening sooner. I hope we will get back on track under him.

    Where's the bacon?
Context: I was raised in a Jewish household. That religion is still the basis of my practice, but I'm not a member of any organized religion. Clear? Good. :)

I support his right to fly whatever flag he wants. He's expressing his opinion. Do I think he's an asshat? Sure. But he's within his rights to do so. If/when he decides to start acting on Nazi or similar ideology, starts setting up camps and ovens, I'll worry about what he's doing. Right now, he's just being an idiot.

The Confederate Battle Flag? I own one myself. Context: I went to a high school named after General Lee. I've had that flag in a drawer in my dresser since about 1985. I'm not a racist: I hate everyone equally. (credit: Harry Callahan)

Gadsden: That's a warning, a dare, same as "Molon Labe". I'm a peaceable man. I don't dare people and I don't try to incite them to do things that will result in criminal activity for them or from me. I don't want to have to do harm to anyone. That doesn't mean I won't, defensively, just that I don't want to.

Result: I don't fly any flags. I don't put stickers on my car daring people to rob me. I sure don't go out of my way to put a crosshair on my back, nor do I duct tape trauma plates there to try to draw .308 fire.

I support this guy's right to do what he's doing now: Flying flags and identifying himself for what he is. There is an old Irish phrase:
May those who love us love us.
And those that don't love us,
    May God turn their hearts.
And if He doesn't turn their hearts,
    May he turn their ankles,
So we'll know them by their limping.

This guy is in dire need of some crutches!

    Blessings,
    Bill

... But when someone bristles and is offended by a cross in a town square, somehow simply turning their head isn`t good enough. That must be dealt with...

Swastika on private property is completely different than a religious symbol on gov't property paid for by our tax dollars.
