    Thanks!
I ran some polish on the inside but i didnt really polish it like i did the outside.
I was mostly fixing the abuse spots from the guns previous owner, and removing the paint.

This is my first time polishing so its not perfect.

Love those props to get it stood up evenly! How long did it take you to find out the play dough and deodorant are the perfect height!?

Looks great, I'm in the middle of my 10/22 build as well. Went with a different stock (very similar though, Predator Raptor in Onxy). I've got the part but havn't got it together yet. Great looking rifle, let us know how it shoots.

OH and to be honest.. i only put 10 rounds through it before i started the build...

I shot it once more when i had just put the barrel, scope, and stock together and i was doing thumb sized groups at 25 yards after about 5 rounds of sighting in.. it was very windy and cold...

Once the trigger is back ill get it back together and get it somewhere to really sight it in and see what its capable of.

Very Nice! I have a Ruger SS Target bbl that I got from another member a while back That I want to put on one of my standard rifles. After seeing your work I might try to strip and polish the receiver. Then open up the bbl channel on one of the old walnut stocks I have and refinish it. Good Job! :yesway:

    Thanks!
For stripping, i heard that dropping it in acetone for several hours will strip it clean with no scrubbing in 60+ degree weather,

I used airplane stripper from walmart..
