When I first read the original post, I was. As more came out, I changed my mind. I'd never heard of Booker before but the story and video in the first post of this thread made it look pretty bad. Just goes to show you the power of "selectively" limited information. As things unfolded and more information came to light, it became pretty obvious as to who started the whole **** show.

I took a business law class one time and I of my project partners was this gay kid. At some point during the semester he picked on the fact that I didn't care for him and one night exclaimed loudly that he knew why I didn't like him. When I asked him why he felt I didn't like him he proudly proclaimed to the whole class that it was because he was a pillow biter and I didn't like his kind to which I responded that it didn't have anything to do with his buggering habits rather it was because he was an *******.

To which the instructor asked me to stay after class (Dear Penthouse), at which time she thanked me for shutting him down in front of the whole class because he had gotten on just about everyone's last nerve at that point.

So yes, sometimes an ******* is just an *******.

Is pillow biter slang for gay? I thought it was more of a sex act that any one of any orientation could enjoy.

I have read the probably cause affidavit that has summaries of the statements of several witnesses. Too much for me to recount, but here's my take.

According to the statements (I have no idea of what it "true") the interactions seemed to start out cordial enough, and Booker was informed that he was on private property and asked not to come on it again. Before that, the guy he allegedly battered had even given him a ride in his UTV.

At some point, Booker claimed to be a county official of some sort and claimed that racial slurs had been used by someone on the river in a pontoon or in the other group on the private property and he wouldn't just let it go. Things deteriorated.

The group on the private property denied using racial slurs. The people with Booker, each time a conservation officer talked to them seemed to "remember" more slurs. The video that we have seem is a very small sample of the interactions.

Allegedly Booker trespassed after being told to stay off of the property and got into a scuffle.

This whole thing is a big nothing-burger and if it weren't for the injection of race, it would just seem to be a bunch or idiots hassling each other.
