Mental Prep for Combat

Author of On Killing, On Combat, and Warrior Mindset
Col. Grossman is a former West Point psychology professor, a Pulitzer Prize nominated author and, a former US Army Ranger who has spent a lifetime studying and teaching about the reality of combat.
He is one of our nation's most successful and respected trainers of military and law enforcement agencies; on the road, almost 300 days a year training our nation's "sheepdogs" -- a term that he coined in his famous treatise on "The Sheep, the Wolf, and the Sheepdog."
Col. Grossman trains all branches of the armed forces, all of our spec ops community, all federal agencies, and police in all 50 states.
Now his dynamic, powerful and inspirational training is available to the civilian community, as he teaches about the magnitude of the threat to our nation, internal and external, and the role (as intended, under the Constitution) of armed American citizens in answering this threat.

G. Learning about the impact of media violence and the enormous impact to society.

3. The world-wide explosion of violent crime and its impact
4. Media Violence and updated knowledge about brain scans
5. Video Game Violence
6. Serious Assaults
7. Combat Efficiency
8. Sleep and what effect sleep deprivation has on personnel
9. Heart rate
10. Perceptual Distortions in Combat
11. Autogenic Breathing and Combat Efficiency
12. Relevant PTSD Diagnostic Criteria in Combat Situations
13. Surviving Gun Shot Wounds
